Meet Coach Reiko Poole
Reiko Poole is a Christian mental health wellness coach who helps women to make the transition from being broken to flourishing in life. Reiko is a also a life coach. As a grandmother now, Reiko started her coaching business in 2022 to help other women deal with the sometime overwhelming prospect of having to miss out on their childhood due to having a family member with a mental health illness.
She also started her coaching business to help women, through hard work, overcome brokenness, trauma, low self- esteem, depression, and other mental health issues to thrive in today’s society.
Prior to coaching, Reiko, has been in the healthcare field for 30 years and currently serves as a registered nurse for almost 8 years. Today, Reiko offers coaching programs and services-from group and individual coaching, to seminars and workshops.
